For the past few years we've held Familiarisation rides in the weeks prior to Life Cycle for CanTeen. The rides are an opportunity to meet other participants for an easy paced ride and, for new participants, to learn some riding tips or have your bike checked out.
The ride typically goes along the river to somewhere like Deep Water, Mt Pleasant or winds towards Cottesloe and includes a break / coffee stop.
This year we've scheduled two familiarisation rides [Sunday Jan 30th and Sunday Feb 13th]. We'll meet at About Bike Hire, Point Fraser Reserve, (Causeway Carpark), 1-7 Riverside Drive at 8:30am and plan to be back around 12:30 pm.
